今天突然心血来潮,为自己增加多一个文章系列,那就是写给我自己的<<妈咪材料>>!因为怀孕了,所以每一次下厨都会特别注意自己所用的材料,以保护妈咪与比比的健康为上。

A 203 g chayote has 254 mg potassium, which is an essential mineral for heart health, and an electrolyte that helps to regulate water balance in your body.

"Folate" (Folic Acid)就是叶酸的意思。
大家都知道,从怀孕开始,医生就会嘱咐所有的母亲都一定要吃Prenatal Pills,然后还会特别提醒,一定要含有足够的Folate哦!
而叶酸到底对妈咪们有多重要?我们一个一个来查看:
1。减低新生儿缺陷的可能性。
2。减低早产儿,低能儿,还有体重过轻婴儿的可能性。
3。提高比比对疾病的抵抗力。
4。我本身也读过,叶酸可以减低孕妇早晨呕吐的状况。
我最喜欢的五爪瓜食谱很简单,只需要糖,盐,蒜粉(蒜也可以),鱼露,和虾就够了。
1。把五爪瓜削皮,然后切条形状(根据个人喜好)。
2。把油加热。
3。加上五爪瓜,清炒。
4。然后再加上蒜粉,糖,盐,和鱼露。
5。等五爪瓜稍微熟了以后,再加上已经切碎的虾子。
6。用锅盖盖起来,让它煮透就可以了!
煮好配饭,加上自己喜欢吃的肉类(Pot Roast),香喷喷的晚餐就完成了!

Yea, I hope I will eat healthier! Hahaha, sometimes I eat too much is not good too! Hard to digest and has a lot of gas!
Chiok, what do you mean you failed in this area? What did you eat that you think you were not supposed to?
