早晨五点十九分。刚刚喝完今晚的第二杯咖啡。南正收拾电脑准备回房入睡。听着Simple Plan的Welcome To My Life，突然思绪像倒翻的咖啡，染漂了整张白布，渐渐曼延...... 不是失眠，只是不想入睡。想要捉着那种感觉，想要写下这一种心情...

那一种崩溃的感觉，我还记得。这是曾经常常在夜深人静时，自己会躺在床上一边听，一边独自掉泪的一首歌。总觉得那是让人觉得很贴近自己处境的歌词。就这样，喜欢上了Simple Plan。那时侯，身在加州，寄人篱下，很多事情，很多苦衷，都让人觉得像似哑巴吃黄连一样－有苦说不出。只能用另一种方式来麻木自己的感觉及感受，只能要自己坚强不放弃。却是一直哭着入睡，红着眼眶而醒来，然后还要遮遮掩掩地上学去。

大家都会说，“我懂你的心情”这一句话。有时候，他们所感受的并不与你的一样。因为唯有真正经历过那一些苦，那一些痛以后，你才能了解那些人所经历的不堪。
我一直选择小心翼翼地藏起了那种悲哀，不让远在他乡的父母发现我的伤痕。可心里累积的伤害却是一天比一天多，偶然回首，那已经是快近十年的事了。我牵起一朵微笑，原来，我很坚强。毕竟，我已经成功地熬过去了。

那一些感觉，我还记得。曾经埋怨给予我那些伤害的他们，甚至开始怨恨。那种身在黑处找不了出口的感觉很糟透，让人有点窒息有点想放弃的感觉。有时候更会觉得连上天都没有眼睛，为什么总在我遇上困难时还给我更狠的一击？我会痛，也流了好多眼泪。后来学着自己爬起来，却忘了自己的信仰...... 我想，最后，我学习相信自己，不再依靠别人。

我总是在歌曲唱到这里时就已经让泪水把枕头弄湿了。鼻子吸吸吁吁的，不停地想阻止那一直尝试流出来的鼻涕。那时侯总会问自己，为什么本来以为很好的选择竟然会经历那么多的阻碍？原来一个人要成功，的确必须防很多小人的。

喜欢Simple Plan，因为他们的歌曲很贴切我很多的心情。虽然那些回忆已经是过去。但重新再听这一首歌时，心里的悸动久久不能散去。或许那是应该的，那是多年累计的经验及体会，是引导未来的方针。我会紧记在心，以免重遇以往的错误。
